I'm shocked that it took so long to catch him, not surprised all these terrorists manage to cause huge devostation when the plod can't even pick up a 19 y/o who was active on FB.

Was he active on Facebook though? He might well have been but I can't see anything in that particular article suggesting he was?

I read: "The teenager has developed a cult following since he began his audacious crime spree and has over 68,000 Facebook fans." and assumed he was active.

But I mean still, he's only 19 and they took all this time to catch him.

not sure his age is particularly relevant, it says he grew up learning woodsman skills and he's been in trouble with the police since 12. They've only caught him because he slipped up rather than they suddenly got awesome and caught him, the same goes most of the time, the police have to rely on the fugitive making a mistake
