It's pretty mucht he same line up as most festivals announced so far this year as far as I can see.

Eminem, Muse, Jay Z, BEP, Kasabian, Prodigy, Florence, Vampire Weekend, Mumford & Sons, Temper Trap, Empire Of The Sun, La Roux, Ellie Goulding, Two Door Cinema Club and a few others seem to be doing the rounds at nearly every festival..

Must just be their year!

Yup and of course they won't be abroad.

5 days to go :D

Quite excited and the stage times have been released today.

Turns out I have 2 'must-sees' on each day.

Friday: Vampire Weekend, Jay-Z
Saturday: Biffy Clyro, Kele
Sunday: Eminem, Jamie T

Of course, there are more I really want to see, but those are the ones I won't miss for anything.

I've seen a few people say they're going since this thread was started so I wanna see who you're looking forward to. :D

Me me me!! Flying out to Dublin on Monday, hanging out there for a bit then festival times. Really in the mood after watching a lot of Glasto when it was on tele.

edit: Obviously Eminem should be incredible, Jay Z should be good, Prodigy, and then all the chill out stuff like Newton Faulkner, Paolo Nutini and John Mayer. Excited for Mumford & Sons too.

Bit of bad news. Those in yellow are all playing at the same time. :(

Just got back. Weather was unbelievably ******* terrible, first night some **** kicked my tent down, getting all my clothes soaked inside and then stealing my sleeping bag. People I went with were absolute ****s as well.

Music was good but really can't say I enjoyed it that much at all tbh. Beni next year me thinks...

Really enjoyed myself at Oxegen.

Best acts were Kele, Jamie T, Newton Faulkner (didn't want it to end), Biffy Clyro and Vampire Weekend.

Only real disappointments were Example and having to go watch the Black Eyed Peas. Oh, and the terrible weather for the first few days.

Everyone I met was really friendly and I started a Vuvuzela rendition of the A-Team theme in the campsite which was just bizarre. We were camped beside people from Scotland, a couple from Australia, 3 girls from Cork, and a group from Liverpool. Was pretty awesome.

Great weekend.

Newton Faulkner was incredible I agree, Paolo Nutini was very good if a little packed, Jay-Z and Eminem were good despite rap not really being my thing. Jamie T was OK apart from the crowd being full of annoying 12 year old chav wannabes, and Vampire Weekend were OK as usual, seen them 3 times now, best was definately in '08 though. Faithless were absolutely abysmal in my opinion though, repetitive rubbish with heavy bass.

One that surprised me the most was Biffy Clyro, few of my friends said don't bother and they generally gets pretty negative reviews but I thought they were really impressive.

Didn't really notice the yoofs at Jamie T as I was right up at the front which made me so happy I almost did a little sex wee. The atmosphere was great there.

Newton Faulkner was just epic. Was singing along with some fit lass beside me again at the front. :)

Seeing a pattern of being at the front of the pit = Awesome as Kele was too and again, I was right at the front. :p

Biffy Clyro is one of my all time favourite bands so seeing them was a no brainer.

Gutted I missed Jay-Z, Kasabian, Hot Chip and Ellie Goulding.
