Falken ZE912's Anyone tried them?

I know this is hardly a scientific review but on my Pug 307 (2.0L Petrol).
I have had 5 sets of 452's and have recently tried out the 912's, put it this way I won’t be going back to the 452's as the 912's in my opinion are better in the rain and from cold (check my location). Additionally they have a higher wear index than the 452’s (360 vs 300) but maintain the AA traction rating.

This nicely sums up why I distrust user tyre reviews.

i dont put nothing else on apart from them, i drive a mondeo st tdci and i bloody do drive it lol wet and dry never let me down very good gripping tyre!

I have these tyres on my Honda Prelude and the only other type of tyre the car's had was some Barum Bravius fitted by the previous owner.

They where a better tyre in terms of grip IMO but I noticed more tyre noise from the ZE912's.

Are they a quiet tyre? Road noise really bugs me and I know choice of tyres only goes some way to reducing it but every little bit helps. :)

Can't advise if they are quiet or not sorry - I have a loud exhaust.

Me also but I don't recall much tyre noise, I have some on my clio, good tyre but not amazing at anything. Good wear rate and good grip but not in the same league as my Parada Spec 2's grip wise.

ze912's are good tyres but aren't falkens high performance tyre, they're more mainstream.

If you were putting bigger tyres on a faster heavier car I'd say 452 every time, but the 205 hasn't got that much power to abuse the tyre with has it?

They are fairly decent in the road noise stakes.

Im putting a new set on the front tomorrow, another set went on 4 months ago at the back. I have zero complaints about these tyres. Ive had 452's before and while personally i think they are better they simply dont last as longas 912's and i drive 19k a year.
