Im suprised at how good the game is. For some reason i have not been able to get into Dragon Age Origins. I am a fan of BIOWARE though. I love the Baldurs gate Saga. I got Mass Effect 1 off steam for 3 quid. Bargain if you ask me. I bought Mass effect 2 so i am ready to continue the story.

I have started Mass Effect 1 as well but the main game atm, thanks to the steam sale, is The Witcher. Once that is completed I'll probably recontinue with ME1. Where abouts are you up to in the game? :)

ME1 is absolutely great imo. Has probably my favourite storey in a game to date (i am slightly Sci-fi biased granted). I'm working through ME2 myself, am enjoying but don't seem to have enough time! Worked all last weekend but have 3 days off this weekend, happy days!!

I too bought this for £3 in the sales. I am only just starting really and loving it. I have used CCC to up the AA to x8 and AF to x16 too, really worth it!

I have Dragon Age: Origins too and I love it, but for some reason I get to around 40% through the game and I get lost on what to do next. I just seem to run about looking around for anything and everything.

You will love mass effect 2 then theres a lot more action and combat and less time spent in that buggy thing, all though i did enjoy exploring planets its not really something i missed from the 2nd game.

Meh was my reaction after playing it. Did anyone else get annoyed that DA:O has basically the same story as Mass Effect? Spectre/Grey Warden, Lohgain/Saren etc..

I've installed Dragon Age 3x and still haven't completed it, Have a rogue and warrior characters but thinking about reinstalling it again and finishing it off (kept my saves)

I was thinking about posting exactly the same thread, I'm 25 hours in, lvl 37 and on the 4th or 5th storyline mission(on the tropical world) I'm trying to get to as high lvl as possible before I finish and buy ME2.

I have just become a spectre. I am searching for saren now.

Sarcasm is not welcome.

To be fair your opening post didnt ask any questions, it didnt seem to be asking for opinions or starting a debate. It was more like a tweet or blog entry, youve really just stuck it up and left it for others to fill with content. A bit of sarcasm seems fair given the lack of thought/effort you put in :p.

It stated i am enjoying it. I hate people who are pompus like the second post. Its not needed. Everyone else posted with good comments. My post also stated i like bioware games.

What buggy thing? If you're on about the Mako, it's your fault you can't control it effectively, i've had no problems with the ability to drive it across various planets within the game, it's basically people asking for less effort.

The mako was quite fun, but after the 10th/20th time driving around a planet it did get fairly boring.

 I cant see any mention of Doomer saying he could not control the vehicle, just that he didnt miss that part of the game in the second installment.?
Wondering why you decided to reply to his post in this way (unless it was a ninja edit in which case I'll eat my words)

He hasn't, but i know he means the Mako, and people referred to the Mako's handling as buggy because they couldn't control it properly.

ME was really good, and ME2 is just as good, the third one is in the works, it should be fantastic as well, can't wait :)
