Im thinking of getting a new mouse i currently own

MX Revolution - trouble is with this as its now 2 years old it only holds 50% charge, & in OSX playing TF2 it sees both sidebuttons as one.

Apple magic Mouse - Rubbish, if it was backwards, apple logo being where you fingers are i think it would feel so much better.

Razer Lachsis Win Version - going to try this tonight, see if it sees both side buttons,



any other reccomendations for a 5+ button mouse on OSX.
wireless is ok
budget £80?

i was looking at the darkfield but, heard problems of stutterig & kernal panics using the drivers you seen any of this?

Im running 10.6.4 and havent seen any issues what so ever with it :)

Very nice mouse.

To the guys who are suggesting the mx518, its a nice mouse for a gaming PC but not something i would want sat next to my iMac, looks cheap. And yes i have had one. Along with a g7 then a g9 lol
 
datamonkey, do you know if it works on black glass with no mousemat, as its advertised as it works on glass but, all images are see through... :(

could you some how try it?
 
I've a G50 which replaced my G5 which I now use at work. I think I prefer the G5 movement wise and for comfort, but couldnt live now without the freewheel toggle, triple thumb buttons and better located sensitivity buttons.
 
Did you try out your Razer?

I've had my Mamba for a year now, had a CopperHead before that and a DiamondBack before that :) Love 'em :D
