Do you rotate your tyres?

No, never done, pointless.

Rotate tyres and then have a bill for 4 tyres at the same time!!1 Why?

Better for a bill for 2 tyres at a time.

Do you also put £10 of fuel in rather than filling the tank?
If you're skint, or do zero mileage, fine. But otherwise I don't really understand this.

Am I the only one that likes to have a full tank, likes to know how much he gets to a tank and resets the trip odo every time I fill up? :o

You're not the only one on here :o

Everytime I fill up a full tank I always reset the trip odo and see how many miles I can get out of that tank.

As for the orig Q.. fitted 4 new tyres in 2005, had to replace front tyres in 2008 as one had a bulge on sidewall. New tyres went to the front as car is FWD and prefer front tyres with most tread. When it comes to replacing the rear tyres in the future, the new tyres will go to the front.

Do little mileage per year so wear on tyres is minimal.

Mute point for me with different fr and back tyres. But on some cars you can end up with the same tyres on the rears for several years. You're better off keeping fresh rubber on the car by rotating tyres as you replace them.
