have you rang them to complain ? just explain how its ridiculous that they have spent so long with your 2 month old phone and that its unfair that you are paying line rental without your phone

you almost definitely will get some cash back on your bills. better than nothing

i've fired off an email to customer services. if i get no resolution by tomorrow evening i'll call them. I wouldn't mind so much if i had a courtesy call to let me know it was taking longer than usual but it's me who has to sodding ring them to ask where in the process it is, only to be told we've sent it through to another department and we're waiting to get it back.

ok so here is a conundrum, I have put some music on my phone and now it is just continuously playing one of the tracks

If i go on the radio and touch the screen the same track goes on and off this is very odd!! It does seem associated with the radio

How easy is the screen protector on the phone to take off?

once you get it started it comes off fine as its pretty thick. hard to get it started though!

I never knew it had one on!!!! Have to say the x10 is a fantastic a phone, only issue I have is how long it takes to dial a number etc etc....

Anybody use the auto adjust setting for the brightness? its kinda too dark for me just wondering if I use it half way on the slider would it drain the battery loads?

Nevermind, loving it so far, everything new to me as its my first Android phone. Don't know if i should root it or not though, might be worth it just to keep the battery life nice and high.

Root does not solve battery issues. See above posts. Just get the 020 update. BTW anyone managed to get Doodle Jump + other protected apps to reappear since 020 update?

Thinking of changing my Nordic firmware 023 back to UK Generic 020 due to certain apps not being on the Nordic android market.

Am going to update via SEUS (not OTA) but need to know is the battery life on UK 020 as good as the Nordic 023 and does the incall volume differ between them???
