yeah but there are more of us. the best thing about that interview is that she is so thick she doesn't even realise the interviewer is taking the piddle out of her. i doubt any sane person could listen to that and think she's right.

The people closest to Moat obviously know more than the dribbling, baying general public.
There was obviously FAR more to the story that we will ever know. His problems had been building up over time, and the lying ex gf was just fuelling (knowingly) the fire too.
Not that I condone what he did, but ultimately he only killed one person. Probably would have been out in about 7 yrs tops anyway, so should have kept himself alive.

so reading this thread i get the impression that a lot here think those that support moat do it for the lulz are trolling or attention seeking.
strange as it seems but i genuinly believe there are people out there who just dont like and trust the police....they arent just leaving comments for the lulz.
now i know this forum is very pro police but some just seem so deluded here, ofcourse moat was a nutter who lost the plot that is clear for all to see but lets not pretend that there are not any people out there that dont like the police.

Pretty much, this forum loves to decide that anyone with a view that doesnt mirror their own are obviously deranged and doing it for **** and giggles. There seem to be a number of people on here either in the police or PCSOs so I think it is considered bad form to do anything other than praise them.
Personally I think the police made a right **** up of this and let a mentally unstable man kill himself. He tried to get help before he went nuts and none was forth coming. His family tried to get access to talk him down but were not allowed near him.
It pretty much follows the police directive of "Do nothing that could reflect badly on us. Oh and help the public."
The bloke is no hero but I still think that it could have been dealt with in a better manner.
she is just thick, she was saying he's a legend because everyone is talking about him, that she didn't like what he did, felt sorry for him and thought it was funny he could hide for so long. Hiding isn't particularly hard if planned and with mates throwing police of target.

the guy wasn't right in the head and he knew it, when he asked for help he was given none, instead his gf ****** with his head.

i didnt care for the guy or have any sympathy for him but when i see all this hate towards him i do feel sorry for him.

It's as simple as this. He was scum, he is now dead, that is good. It is a shame he harmed innocent people. Those are the ones deserving of your sorrow, not him.
Unfortunately your wrong - or at least you will be. Living in an environment where the goverment rewards you for being a workshy lazy breeder there will come a point where there will be more of this type of people then actual useful members of society.
