Help! I put my arctic cooling freezer 7 pro on the wrong way!

So I put it on the wrong way... it should be turned 180 degrees. Its been on a week now. Can I just turn it round or do I need to but thermal paste and clean the current stuff off?

Just turn it around, no real need to reapply the thermalpaste.

Make sure you test temps etc thoroughly afterwards just in case, if you have time it might be better to reapply the paste.

Im kind of nervous about the whole paste thing, it was pre applied on the heat sink.

just put a little pea sized amount on in the centre and you will be fine, as long as you dont put too much on - if you put too much on it can act like an insulator increasing temps

isopropyl alcohol can be bought from a few places, check the bay if you are signed up
