if you read through this owners thread- http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=18163265 peeps have complained about the noise and the lack of VRM cooling, even tho its present on the cards sent for reviews.

I didnt spot that you had picked the palit, just the GTX460 bit. sorry.

At that res don't overlook the 5770, cheaper quieter, cooler and clocks well.

It has less power than the 460 but it also consumes a lot less power (60w less than the 460) which I think is a big plus.
