We had planned a couple of weeks ago a big shoot and a video to go along with it, but last minute caused lots to drop out, and is going to be rescheduled.

So in the end it was myself, Nick, and Syke....and we had Helen to abuse in the studio :D

lol nah on a serious note it was an absolutely blinding day, and good to pick the camera up again....I'm now on the hunt for a 135L to :o

I think it was a really good learning experience for Syke and I in particular as we had not used studio lighting before, and hopefully for Jake as well because generally just messing around with lights is educational.

In hindsight I think it would have been great to have more of a theme, or concept, behind the shots. But unfortunately as Jake mentioned that plan went down the drain when most of the people supposed to be involved couldn't make it.

I had fun though and will hopefully get some keepers out of it.
 
Oh I definately learned from it :) - will post more later, just doing one last image for now then I've got other work todo.

Dewek I totally agree, I always try to get something out of it, I definately learned today, and have made notes for next time :)
 
I'm too tired to edit in Photoshop, so it's just levels etc in Lightroom for now (so might look too dark on other screens);

It can wait, I'm going to bed now as my fingers need a rest from guitar and typing. Very owwie :D

Should all be working in a day or so...changed over last night...gotta give it another 24hrs yet..
