image Graphics cards in 10 years time

imagine u back in 2000 did u think graphics cards be like this , that is how graphics cards will change in another 10 years

I am a massive AA whore.

I just bought another 480gtx and found out I can now run games with 64xAA. When I saw the setting in the control panel a little bit of wee leaked in my pants. :D
...yet it's so hard to show off to someone else! I recently tried to show my g/f the difference between frame rates. Couldn't see it. I can imagine the conversation with AA is even harder.

You: "Look, you can't see jaggy edges!"
Her: "What do you mean?"
You: "It's nice and blurry vs this image"
Her: "Ahh...?"
You: "Now look here it's 32 taps per pixel vs 16 - look how smoooooth it looks"
Her: "You spent how much on this?!"

I have even seen some members in here say they cant tell the difference past 4xAA which really does surprise me. 16xAA is the minimum level of AA I play with these days. I wonder what level will be the norm in 10 years time? I also wonder what level of AA will consoles be knocking out then?

Tbh I can only just notice AA at all when in motion. I think you've become spoilt with your SLI'ed 480's :p

I wonder if Half Life 3 and The Elder Scrolls 5 will be out within ten years? HL3 with 64000XAA on ATI 587070707070xtxtxx Black edition xfire sounds good to me. :)
