Hi guys ;)

I've been losing quite a bit of waiting recently, about 1 1/5 stone in two months. I have gone from 15stone to 13.5stone.

However this now seems to have slowed, is it possible that all the weight was water? :D

I doubt it all would have been water, you just have to watch what you eat more carefully / Do more cardio.

What does your routine and diet look like?

I think the diet is spot on, cut almost all carbs and eating a good combination of meat/fish,fruit and veg.

Cardio, I do a 4 mile brisk walk each day before breakfast. I was thinking of mixing in some weights?

That would be quite a bit of water to loose. I take it you are not a camel ;).

Post up your spot on diet so others can benefit. By removing all carbs I imagine you mean removing carb rich foods. Fruit and veg also contain carbs and removing all carbs would put you on a Keto diet of some sort. Is this what you are aiming for/doing ?

Walking will only get you so far ;). If the weight has stopped coming off then your body has adapted and you need to step it up a notch. Do something different. As you have thought about swimming, this may be a good choice. If you are in the right environment then hill walking or cross country may change the pace. Cycling or doing some gym work are a couple of other options. Getting some arm and/or leg weight may help a little if you stick to walking.

When you say 'slowed' what sort of time period are you talking about. Are you still losing weight but slowly? How tall are you?

HIIT cardio and some resistance training will get the weight loss started again. I've found that the body adapts to diet and exercise changes eventually so you need to keep mixing it up/pushing higher intensities to continue through the inevitable plateaus.

Walk is not intensive enough imo.

The weight wont come off if your not getting your heart rate anywhere near where it should be.

theres a well known diet book that states as long as your diet is 100% spot on, then simply walking everyday will give you 6 pack abs, i cant remember the name of the book but im sure my dad has it

Unless you have the genes to have naturally low bf then I'd say not a chance, theres only so far you can knock the kcal's down through diet before your body trys to hold on to every last bit of fat.
For someone like myself who's naturally a bit of a bf holder I can only drop good amounts of fat with a nailed diet and intensive cardio and resistance training 3-4times a week.
Obviously if your walking large amounts of mileage then it may be possible but I cant see that fitting into many peoples schedule.

I will post my exact diet soon. Its around 1500 Calories, i'm 5'10" :).

That's far too low.

Eat between 1800-2000 per day. Reloading with carbs every 5 days. Your weight will obviously increase after the reload but you will push through any stagnation phase 2-3 days later.

Also lift some weights. See the bodybuilding sticky for starters.
