Anyone else addicted to cuppa soups?

I buy these noodles from a chinese market at 45p a piece and they taste awesome.

True story. But no I'm not addicted to cuppa soups, nor can I recall having them. :p

I'm interested, what on earth do you guys eat who are constantly going on about everything fat, salty, and calling it excuses for food or saying it makes them sick?

What do you eat then ? Give examples.

Heinz soup!

I look at a food on the go and I would rather have a banana than a cup a soup, healthier cheaper and as easy to eat. I would even go hungry than have something like a microwaveable burger/crap

The well known brand is not called 'cuppa soup' it's called 'cup a soup'...

As I understand it, the best way to counteract high salt is to eat bananas because the potassium they contain counteracts it, or something.

So a banana cup-a-soup would be the perfect 'neutral' instant soup.

Had a tuna salad with a banana and an apple for lunch today...??

Oh ok I had a bag of crisps and a muller light yoghurt to go with it..

To be honest, I'm quite guilty of eating rubbish, but a cup a soup did make me feel a bit ill..!!:p

If I fancy some soup then a tin of heniz maybe? Like those fresh soups such as covent garden..

They're nice, especially with croutons, but I find the 'bits' in them taste fake, not a nice fake either. Prefer tea if I'm having a hot drink, and in this weather the kettle doesn't get a lot of usage. :)

Fair enough, bit low on the calories though ? I like all the things you mentioned except light yoghurt then...

I prefer ''pre made'' soups over ''fresh soups'' though, I love salt.

They are awful. I ended up with a load after an ex left me with them. The Minestrone ones were kind of OK as a ham sandwich dip but the rest went in the bin.

Never had one, smell awful, look awful and I hope you are having the low fat ones because you will be having so much salt

Whats low fat got to do with salt content? :\

Although back on topic, I've not had a cuppa soup in about 12-15 years!
