Hi All,

I currently use the cooler master elite 330 but lately maybe due to the summer my temps have been of concern. My phenom 2 idle @ 45 and 40 for the case temp.
I want to reduce the internal temp in the case as well as the CPU.
I currently have 2 120mm fans pushing air out of the case.

a) Am thinking of getting a cosair h50 against the artic freezer pro am using if i dont need to change the case or
b) I am thinking of getting above case and get extra fans to push the hot air out of the case but am concerned the noise as i wouldnt want a noise case. Can anyone advice on this.

Thanks in advance.

I have a Beta EVO and temps are alright in it bearing in mind it is summer. Are you strapped to a budget? because there are definitely better cases out there...
Not a massive fan of the H50 personally, but for the price of one of those, you could get a new case and some extra fans/better cooler instead!

I would say go for the case cos it's cheaper (and looks nice :P ) and if that doesn't sort things out, you would then have a little left over for a better cooler :)

Hope this helps!

Thanks for the reply, yes am on a tight budget.
The reason the temps are of concern to me is even when am seated on my PC just browsing the internet, the heat coming out of the case is very uncomfortable, another problem is my cooler master PSU has it fan inside the case so its pushing air out of the case but drawing air from withing the case, hot air you see. Also my graphics card has a fan as well.
I cannot afford to leave my case open as I have 12 old twins crawling all over the place and my PC is not safe as its under my PC table.

Whats my best Option of reducing the temps within the case (CPU, etc) and overall reduce the amount of Hot air am coping with outside the case as well.

if you not dead set on the h50 then take a look at the akasa freedom tower. its 28 pound i i think and its amazing. i got p2 x4 upto 4 gig on it (955) x6 onto 3.8
