Wow, I loved both of those, they look like Quake III mods! Which is no bad thing! Well, it's a bad thing in the sense that there probably won't be much of a community, since the bulk of the people who like their FPSs hardcore, ultra-fast and smooth as butter WILL in fact be playing Quake Live rather than these, but it's no bad thing in terms of their own value as games! :)

To the OP's question, FEAR Combat is the only one I can think of. Good game, although when I first played there were a lot of aimbotters. I went back to it a while ago and the cheaters had been substantially reduced, but there were still loads of annoying kids who just equipped the pistol and bunnyhopped about kicking people in the head - the unarmed attack is ridiculously overpowered in this game, it's really frustrating shooting someone with a shotgun in the face from point-blank range and having them survive to one-shot you with a kick to the head! However, there were a few servers that play with custom rules and limited the power of the unarmed attack.
 
Yep, I know, read all about them in the website, I meant also in terms of level design, weapons, movement, they're like the kind of shooters we'd still be playing now if it hadn't been for *$~@ing Halo!:p
Haven't had the time to try them yet, will do this weekend.

That's one of my all-time favourite online games. To give a very brief outline: Rather than the usual death match, capture the flag etc. one person at a time in a small server takes a turn of being the hidden. This person is 95% invisible. Sounds easy yeah? but that person only has a knife (and sometime 1-3 grenandes depending on the amount of people playing) everyone else has to try and find and kill the hidden. Ammo is on the limited side to stop people just spraying bullets to find him. It can get quite eerie if you are in the sewers level, watching the team drop one by one as he stabs them but no one knows where he is.

If you have played HL2 you will be familiar with some of the the maps in part, many of them are cut-n-shut HL2 levels made into an arena. For example, the train station that you cross just after leaving the lab near the start of HL2 is makes the main part of one of 'the Hidden' maps. Although this time you can go under it as well.

Half Life 2 Deathmatch if you want some multiplayer? Its free if you have an Nvidia or ATI graphics card.
