Last week my uncle reversed a trailer into my car, by accident of course

Took it to a local mechanic / body repair chap

£300 later

Haven't washed it yet, but it looks great under first inspection :)

surprised that was only 300 smackers, mates rates?

some tart at work scrapped my front bumper, just took the paint off on the corner, cheapest quote I can get is £200 :/

Agreed, looks good for how much it was :)

I hit a new CR-V into a Jazz at work, reversed the cr-v into the rear of the jazz-never saw the silly little thing, damage to both rear bumpers, £152 is the cost to repair.

You missed a perfect opportunity to get a JDM front end. ;)

Shouldn't have stopped. :p

Nice results, but how did they get the panels back into such good form? Filler? Hope it stands the test of time better than a crippled uncle :D

You might have cheap insurance in the south, but at leaast we have cheaper repairs :p

Honestly that quote is mad, TGM quoted me £150 for a front bumper+plitter respray.

I prefer my rover look to the 80's accord / vaxhaul calibra :D

:D:D:D

The way the bonnet sits looks dodgey to me in the 4th pic is it closed properly ?

I've just recently had some similar damage repaired.
A guy reversed into a similar location on my Octy vRS.
My damage didn't look as bad as yours - however a seem had also been broken.
Guy wanted to pay out of his own pocket, so I took it to a Skoda main dealer.
£490 was the final cost, so £300 sounds like a good price.

I know what you mean, but they just look like that as standard, it looks the same as it did before, and the same as the other side.

It's more obvious on the white ones because of the black rubber lining

old pic.

Took it to one of my dad's friends to get it done, he's the local insurance approved bloke anyway. Now to fit my new Red H badges :D
