After hearing a track on Internet radio, I downloaded the two burial albums.. And imo, they're nearing audio perfection! The soundscapes are just sublime; it's like High Contrast had babies with Pan Sonic, with a dose of ridiculously deep base thrown in :p

Anyone else like Burial? Can anyone recommend any similar artists?

Can you link to some tracks in particular? I had a quick listen on youtube but there wasn't really enough happening to keep me interested on the first listen.

I recently got into Burial.

They've got a new album coming out soon/has just come out, I'm not sure. But yeah, absolutely love the music. Just got to let yourself into it and it takes you away!

I've no idea where I'd link from, I just bought the albums on iTunes!

I assume they're on Spotify, as wiki says they're acclaimed albums :)

Burial is pretty unique, in even the world of dubstep. Closest thing I've ever found is Underwater Dancehall by Pinch.

recommend similar - maybe although maybe not quite as club orientated :)
(artist - album if applicable)
ambient generation - Icebreaker (got this free from amazon ages ago)
enigma - remix collections - this was what I thought of after listening to the clubroot track
delerium - remix collections (they're actually darkwave unlike silence portrayed)
amethystium - any album

I've already got the enigma and delirium albums, will give the other two a go :)
