Indigestion with protein shakes

No, no problems here with protein shakes.

Are you trying flavoured or unflavoured protein? Whey or Isolate?

Edit: perhaps you are lactose intolerant. Can you eat cheese, milk or other dairy products ok?

Not putting the product down by saying this as i've never tried it myself and have only heard good things, but what a load of poo the guy in the video below is talking!

Anyway, what sort of discomfort in the throat? You could possible try mixing it with more liquid if its causing problems for your throat, although i've never heard of it before! :p The problems usually occur in the gut, massive gas, rumbling, bloating etc.

well, it said to mix 2 scoops with 350ml of milk, I mix one scoop with 300ml so I think it's already pretty diluted.

If the whey is a problem then just drink the milk.

1 litre of low fat milk is around 36g of protein by itself.

Then stop drinking whey?! :/

Try different protein powders if you need to boost your protein intake, I personally rather like hemp, but a lot of people find it difficult to palette.

Would isolate be any different?

I never had any issues with Phd whey.

Not swalloing **** loads of air with it as well are you? ;)

No :p
But it's not just PHD whey. It's all whey. I never used to have this problem
