Goose eggs

I've just managed to blag two of the biggest goose eggs ive ever seen, does anyone have any good ideas what to do with them for todays dinner, nothing too complicated, but my original plan of one fried and one soft boiled seems too un regal for these majestic beauties?

Had two duck eggs this morning, Sausage, beans, BACON and fried duck eggs, Simples. *naturally i had toast for the explosive runny egg yolk.

Last Goose egg i fried keep it simple.

home made scotch eggs with some home made chips. Keep them very runny.
