Did a track day at Staverton (now Gloucestershire) airport with Ajec Racing on Saturday in aid of Help for Heroes and there were loads of people taking photos, some proper professionals too..
As of yet I've not found a single photo from the day.
Any help would be appreciated as it was the first ever tracakday that Staverton airport have held, so it's a bit of a "special moment" that may never happen again.
They were very nervous of damage to landing lights or the tarmac being damaged. It was nearly called off on Wednesday due to fears.
The last plane to land (coming from France) was late, so we started late and the later session were going round in the dark
One **** did manage to pirouette about 4 times up the main straight even though we were asked and asked and asked to take it easy as it may never happen again if they are unhappy with the outcome..
Managed to raise in the region of £3000 in the end though \o/
So, if any of you spot any pics, I'd love to see them posted or linked to
