Hey all what case would you get? Corsair Obsidian 800D or the Coolermaster HAF X?

I will be haveing custom watercooling why i was leaning on the Corsair side but the Coolermaster has a fan on the gfx cards that may be better as for this build I will be useing nvidia...

also does anybody know whats the biggest rad you can have in the Corsair?

Thanks stulid, I ant sure what to get as i dont know if i will be watercooling the 470s stright away.

I'm using the Corsair 800d with Watercooled cpu and mounted the triple rad in the roof without any problems.

Also used it with Air cooling, had the Thermalright Ultra with a Sharkoon 2000 which kept my i7 fairly cool.

You can pick up a tj07b-W for cheaper than a 800d new ( mines was £204) and it can take a 480 rad and a 240 in the bottom with little modding and a 360 in the roof with abit of modding.

I bought a TJ07 last week and im well impressed with it and im also going to be cooling 2 470's :D.

The 800D for watercooling or the HAF X for air cooling.

As said the TJ07 is also good for watercooling, but not as east to work with out of the box as the Corsair.

TRUST ME DO NOT GET THE HAF X ANTEC DARK FLEET DF85 is the BEST CASE FOR AIR Flow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

and it is cheaper than the HAF X saves you couple of quid!

It is also hideously ugly, or at least I think so.

Also I love the Coolermaster ATCS 840 - light, great airflow and huuuuge

Also a very good case, love the clean looks of it.

I ant keen on the ANTEC DARK FLEET DF85

I do like the Coolermaster ATCS 840 but i wanted a window
showing off the harware.

Sounds like the 800D would be perfect, unless you are ok with doing some case modding, then I would go for the TJ07.

corsair 800D ( with quality fans fitted, was good for me on air , and when using a H50)

recently fitted out with full watercooling now.

cracking case imo
