Romanian girl (hot) staying and working in the UK

I know a girl who is Romanian, who currently studies in the UK.

She wants to stay and work as a Highly skilled worker, and is looking at these companies who "process applications in 3 weeks" and all these other crazy claims.

Are any of them legit? How can they possibly expedite the process over a normal member of the public going straight to the correct goverment department ?

Any advice would be really welcome, this stuff is just not my area, and shes really worried about things!

Tell her to go to the ukresident website, pick an immigration advisor and visit them to solve all her concerns and questions. Anyone who promises expedited immigration applications etc are scammers, end of.

People from Romania and Bulgaria will get full EU worker rights in the UK, though as you say, since the world is going to end, don't worry about an influx of them.
