My wife doesn't really like games. She plays WoW but I've never got her to play any decent xbox games............until today when my DriveFX wheel turned up.

She has spent the last 2 hours doing hot laps of the Nurburgring in a Civic Type R.

I may need to buy another xbox and wheel.

My girlfriend really enjoys Forza with the wheel... its odd as she doesn't play games at all. But I put her in a relatively slow standard Honda CRX and she loved it lol! She plays with autobrake and everything on, so all she has to do is steer and press the "go pedal" as she calls it lol :P

Im lucky enough to havea girlfriend who's actually pretty good at Forza3. With practice, Im weening her off the assists. Hopefully want to get her playing the same as me with just ABS. Dont know if she'll start playing with a manual gearbox like me too, but worth a shot.

Also, she's not too bad at COD:MW2 split screen.

I don't think i'd like a girl friend who games. I mean it's only an assumption, but I just think the kind of girl who plays games like cod wouldn't appeal to me. Then again I don't like cod anyway haha. However I have noticed that any women will like a game she is expected not to be good at but can actually manage it. I've got girls into fifa before at uni just because they thought they would be **** because it's a mans game and when they desicovered they could almost score they wanted to keep playing it.

I think I might be the luckiest person ever, my girlfriend is very happy to sit and watch me play fps, and she enjoys it!!!

She loved it when I played Halflife 2, (she is a big zombie fan and loved Ravenholme!!!)

And she acts as a spotter when i'm playing BF2, watching my back etc, it's great!!!

Next step is to upgrade my comp and get her play alongside me at BF2, now that would be awesome!!!

My girlfriend played Forza 2 when I first got my steering wheel in preperation for Forza 3. She actually enjoyed it but she wouldn't go over 70 mph :D. That was a very rare occasion. Nine times out of ten i get a slap round my head for even turning on my xbox.!

I got my misses to play Live for Speed with my G25 at one point. "Oh my god it feels so real" and all that. Didn't take her long to binge it into a wall at 100mph.

My wife had a go at Forza on the pad once. She did a couple of races then complained it was making her feel sick so had to pack it in.

My mum once got curious about me and my brother playing Mario 64, back in the day. We talked her through getting the first star on the first course. She did it, and I think that has been the extent of her video-gaming experience.
