Alternatives to compressed air

Now air in a can is great but it's really expensive and I go through it quite quickly. Are there any decent alternatives like some kind of mini electric pressure blower or something?

An air compressor of some sort with a good attachment or a vacuum cleaner with decent attachments like a Dyson, is what I'd use

Paintbrushes are nice also.

Heard of people using all sorts of things, like air brushed w/o any paint in them. Not heard of any good cheap alternatives though.

Get a cheap paintbrush and also use a vacuum cleaner then? Job done!

I'm sure these cheap air compressors for car tyres would be perfect if they didn't all have cigarette lighter plugs.

You can buy 12v power supplies. (13.8V really).

You will find the compressors do not output enough air as they are designed to slowly compress car tyres, not to blow air as much, as fast as possible.

not if you have the computer plugged into the mains but not on tbh.

I use a very very soft paintbrush to get right inside fins, fan blades and awkward areas. coupled with a plastic nozzle vacuum cleaner even the muckiest of PCs come up a treat. Compressed air is rubbish.

i use a soft paintbrush to dislodge the sticky dust then blow it out with a cheap mains powered air bed inflator.

I use a rocket blower, which I use for getting dust of a camera lens but works equally well for de-dusting a PC.
