Seem a little high for just 5% and 15% load. What software are you using?

I tend to use coretemp.

Was this a bundle you bought? Don't you have to fit the cooler yourself? If so, i would try re-fitting the HSF making sure you are using the correct amount of TIM. otherwise, I'd contact the shop directly.

yer im using coretemps and it was a bundle from ocuk and i did have to fit the cooler but im not sure if i gave it enough thermal compound im in a hotish room with 2 computers running at the moment and there hitting hot temps arroudn 80-90 degrees ;S

Yes that is indeed a little bit worrisome.
You might wish to take your system apart fully clean off the old TIM, and replace it, and ensure you don't use too much.
Then try again. Looks like you haven't the cooler on correctly, or there is some airflow issue in your case, or possibly the OC is running right to the ragged edge.

Woah, way too hot! I'd recheck the heatsink, maybe you've applied too much/too little paste. I'd also get in contact with OcUK, and see what they say.

Best to get some sort of alcohol sloution, slightly damp on a cloth, and rub the compund off till theres none, then make sure its all dry. But only on top of the CPU :)

Get some isopropyl alcohol and a lint free cloth. Don't use water :p

You might be able to get the alcohol from a chemist, else you can get it from the high street computery shop with a blue sign (and 6 letters :p) and you could probably get away with a microfibre cloth.
