Quick question slightly off topic but I have often wanted to post a video but only ever seem to get the link instead of the actual video.

Can some nice person please explain how it is done !
 
It might help if you give some background on what the presentation is and is about, as that may help in finding something appropriate.

Copy and paste the 'embed' code you find next to the videos on youtube, and append [ youtube][ /youtube] to it

Well it is about security of the Olympic games 2012 - agencies, physical security etc.

However, as it is going on for about 20 minutes, i want 2 clips, 1 about half way through and one near the end, to break it up, give me a quick breather and chance for a drink and to lighten the mood!
