Was that way when the game first came out, all people seemed to do was either target the M-COM or target the building, eliminates the fun for the defenders.

So true. The spraying on this game is a joke. The number of times someone with an LMG has just aimed in the general direction of me and held down mb1 untill either I died or their 150 bullet clip ran out is rather funny. They also moan so much when you turn and kill them mid spray. A little bit of aim is required in any fps. Well, maybe not MW2.

My only concern is by now everyone will be a seasoned pro, are there plenty of noobs?

No need to worry about that, this game has by far the highest number of clueless morons than any other game I have played. I think anyone on here will back that up. Some of the things you see people doing just defy belief.

Agreed. I was playing on day, but then I wanted to eat my packet of Monster Munch (Pickled Onion flavour, obviously). I explained this in the chat, and sat in a house whilst I had my snack. Someone came up and then knifed me in the face whilst I was enjoying my delicious treat.
Beggers belief, it really does.
 
Any tips for improving performance guys?

It doesn't run too bad on my rig, but sometimes dips in to the 40's.

I run at 1440X900, 1X AA and 2X AF.

Specs - AMD Phenom X4 3.2GHz, 4GB DDR2, 4850 512MB.

Is there anything in the .INI I could alter to give me a decent increase?

Got the award for destroying 500 vehicles today! Pretty pleased with that one.
Going for Sniper Marksman Headshots, got about 30 to do until the award and MCom Station Destroy which I need to get 2 more destroys for it now.
Be a Major 2nd Star in no time!
 
I really wish they'd re-implement the command/voice menu. So annoying to be able to see something like a tank and not be able 'socialise' it to your team mates, or just plain call out for a medic, ammo or engineer.

Yes, pity its not more like BF2. You can use the 'q' key though to spot enemies and ask for stuff. I think it works if you look at an assault class and hit 'q' for example; your character shouts ammo or whatever.

Maybe I'm imagining it :confused:
 
Mine has stopped working properly :(

I can log in fine and look at the leaderboards, friends list, etc, but anytime i try to search for servers, it just says that it Failed to connect to EA Online, please try again.

I have had a search around and it seems that some people are having the same issue, but most are blamed on updates.

My game is fully updated.

1 in every 20 or so attempts it will find servers but i will drop out after playing it for a while and end up with the same error again.

Has anyone had this issue and managed to fix it?
