Gainward or Twintech 460?

Can you please advise which one of these two 460s is better?

I've read the gainwards are noisy

I'm in Spain. Those two models are available at my local store at the moment.
Does the manufacturer play a roll in performance or just noise and stuff?

Can only tell you about the model I bought. If you want guaranteed silence, the Gigabyte is the way to go. Utterly silent up to 60% fan speed, and even at 70% all you hear is a gentle, unobtrusive whoosh.

Or the MSI Cyclone, others here say it's quiet as well.
