Wake up @ 7.30 go for a 20-30minutes Fartlek.
20-30minutes weight session.
Come back take 400-500ml Whey protein with water.

Option one
One banana + Ready break or oatmeal.

Option two
One banana + 2 eggs and 2 slices of toast.

11AM
2 Finger wholemeal rolls with peanut butter.
Fruit and whatnot.

2PM

Baby potatoes with Broccoli and Mackerel.

5-7PM

Chicken/pork with rice and mixture of veg.

Im trying to lose weight remember.
 
All I car really say is that it's food.

Is it good? Dunno. A lot of detail is missing (400~ml of whey protein means what? :p ).

It looks very small, but it depends on the portion siZes of the things you haven't detailed
 
Sorry don't know the exact portions. But i'd imagine I'd be eating fairly small ones to cut down. I mean maybe the question i meant was. It's not excessive or too fatty?

If you don't know portion sizes how do you know how many kcals you are taking in. If you don't know how many kcals you are taking in, how will you be sure you are not getting too many? :p
