Vodafone customer? Might want to read this...

Has there been an official annoucement of any kind on this change yet. My bill is due on the 6th of this month. Was hoping to be able to cancel due to the fact that i've actually used just over 3GB of data this month, due to a house month and having no internet at home. The new charges would cost me a small fortune on that amount of usage.
 
This whole thing seems to have gone quiet, I'm still using 600mb+ per month and I've not received a single text or phone call warning me about going over the 500mb limit.
It's 2 months in a row I've gone over, so maybe 3 is the magic number before they start to hassle you?
 
I have now received about 8 texts off them, but not been charged yet.
Suprisingly, there is a marked difference between what they think i have used and what my d/load monitor says I have.
Numerous people are getting the texts, but AFAIK no-body has been charged yet.

Got any figures on it? Are they including D/L and U/L in the 500MB :eek:

I heard that they were including traffic in both directions.
My d/load monitor states I have d/loaded 1.6gb and upped 90mb, whereas their usage stats have me down as 1.925gb. There is no wireless usage in that either.
The crafty sods have also changed my plan details. It was originally 1200mins Ultd texts and Ultd Internet (that is what my contract states) and they have changed the wording to 1200 mins, Ultd texts and 500mb internet.
 
I have received a text since my last one on the 27th about going over 500mb.


Guess because it's a new month now, lets see if I get some more this month.
