Is my macbook trackpad starting to get nackered?

Hi guys,

recently ran software update on my Unibody macbook and everytime I use the trackpad - imagine I am keeping left click held down on a mouse and moving around highlighting the whole screen.

Any ideas of whats going on?

Did you hit something on your keyboard. I'm sure i did this on my iMac once.
