As for meeting them, there are plenty of girls on the internet! :p

It works, the secret is to ask as many girls in as short a time as possible, ask a 100 girls in a club, even with just a 1% success rate, your gonna get lucky at least once.

If that fails, make sure you carry a bag of Wine Gums, the ladies can't resist wine gums....

I go out there sometimes just to cool down outside and you find yourself chatting to random people :p
 
On a night out just 'go ugly early'

Pick a sturdy looking female fresh from a fall out of the ugly tree and you're 90% of the way there. The final 10% is just offering to take them home.
