 WHY!!

Im a massive 40 or 42 inch waist, so cant get damn nice jeans from anywhere but Burton or Next.

So angry, I want some Henleys and Crosshatch jeans!!:mad::mad::mad::mad:

Joined a local gym with aims to lose 4 to 6 inches of my fat gut.

Why do these big name brands do this? Is it to intentionaly make people feel bad? WHY????

It's not to make you feel bad especially, it is usually a simple case of making clothes to fit the majority of the market, most will be 30"<waist<40" therefore the bulk of the money is in selling to those people.

It's not just you that's got it tough, if you're tall and/or thin then you may also have problems finding jeans that suit. Equally I'm sure short people have their struggles too.

erm... the fashion atm is skinny/anything but bootcut or flares..., and well 40" waist might look a bit stupid in fashion jeans.. tried levis ?..

Im 42/40 and the only jeans that fit me are cheap ones. Shame really as i would spend £200 on jeans but no one wants to sell them that expensive in my size.

Because people with a 42 inch waist look crap in jeans. Harsh as that sounds...

Also you've titled the thread 'fashion' and then disgraced it with Henleys and Crosshatch? I can assure you, those aren't fashionable in the slightest.

If you're willing to, lose some weight and..

Look in to

Levi's
Nudie
Cheap Monday (really well priced, large range in Urban outfitters in London)
Ted Baker
Wrangler
Acne
Superdry
All Saints
etc.

It's not the fashion companies fault that the jeans don't fit you.

Even Asos own brand jeans are FAR nicer than the 2 brands you listed.

Get back in your Tracky bottoms and shut up. :p

Good luck with the Gym. You need to be really focused if you want to loose weight but its well worth it in the end.

Superdry stop at waist 32 ish let alone waste 36!

I swear superdry are made for small people, for example jackets : im 3xl and they stop at 1xl lol

Crosshatch, Firetrap, Bench and Henleys are what I want, they are pretty damn nice jeans, I'm going to go the gym with my missus, and she wears Henleys, she looks so damn sexy in them *drool*

superdry must be made for chinese people or something.. i tried on all of their jackets and found one that fitted properly, i think its either a large or medium, but they're all waaay too tapered, but in a completely unneccesary way..

Yea but my point is you need to be a 32 max for those jeans to look good on you.

If you're willing to lose weight try getting down to a 36 waist and order some nice straight jeans. Not slim, not bootcut etc

Here is an example of how easy it is to find a nice cheap pair of jeans once you've lost weight, we'll call it motivation :p

Not really, just I want to 'look the part' shes a nice size 10/12 and I'm a fat waster size 40/42 inch. So I've joined her gym and going to go everyday after work, yes, work at this, Henleys have motivated me, and ****ed me off at the same time!!
