filling out passport

well ive had one thing after enough with this bloody passport form my boss filled the whole thing in wrong so got another form, got someone else to counter sign now i have ticked the box saying i was born before 1982 saying no when it was meant to be yes!

does that mean i have to start fresh on another form again ?
 
Oh for goodness sake.
You were born before 1982, thus making you at least 27 yet you can't fill out a Passport form?
Bloody hell, no wonder this country has gone down the proverbial *******.

Just an idea, but why not just slow down and take your time? Check and recheck before filling anything in, then there should be less mistakes. :o
 
One thing after enough? I think I can see your problem,

You're attacking it at 5000mph, slow down, read through it, then answer. Hell, answer on another sheet of paper first then read your answer in the context of the question and confirm it makes sense before actually marking the form.

Pay the extra £10 at the post office to get them to check it for you, that way it's guaranteed.
 
My passport has my dads signature on it because he said I would fill it out wrong and he should do it.
