Came across something similar (although in video form) on a mates laptop once. At first I just figured "hah, a porn stash", then I realised I knew the 'star' of said videos, I felt a little uncomfortable and made sure I avoided that folder in future, it's not really on to make a copy of it.
To be honest, anyone who gives there pc away to anyone to be fixed, knowing there is naked pics of your gf on there deserves it, surely
