The Comma stuff is what i use, but at a pound a go its got to be worth getting a couple of these to try hasnt it.

Cheers will give some of these a go. Air con has developed a bit of a smell and this might help to cure it. Failing that I'll just get it regassed.

Whats the procedure for using these products?

If its the stuff I've used before, you turn the AC and fans on high, make sure the windows are closed then 'set off' the cleaner (leaving the car quickly ) which sprays itself into the air until it runs out. Takes a couple of mins.

Depends how long your trips are. IMO the smell usually takes a few days to completely disappear after using these products.

Pretty long, I have the truck for a week at a time (sleeping in it) and average around 1900 miles.

That's just influenza working its way out the vents, i wouldn't worry about it much

The Comma/Car Plan stuff has never really worked for me. I now use FJC foaming evaporator cleaner which is spayed dfirectly onto the evaporator - excellent product and actually lowered my vent temps by a couple of degrees as well.
