Some things on facebook make me chuckle but this is just scary.

I just randomly recieved this message lol, (from a guy)

Subject: heyy :)
hi i was just searching thru profiles and found your's, and i must admit you're positively my type of guy ;). i think you should send me a message on msn, my chat name is *****.******[email protected].

and hey im not replying 2 ppl I don't know so just tell me that ur Dan coming from facebook if you decide 2 message me, thanks!

The funny thing is I was in vilagios in doha (I am currently based in qatar) and a guy in kfc asked me for my number?

I have a missus ect so im not gay (Just for the comments that im sure will comemy way).

My question is does this ever actually work? Hi im Dan your my kinda girl, wanna meet up and let me ride you like a pony?
 
Years ago I did used to meet girls off some of the older social networking sites. Once I found a profile of a local girl who wasn't the best and I sent her a message saying "I'd let you touch it" and I got the reply "ok, what's your MSN"

and she did:o
 
It's genuine, I had one yesterday from a nice Nigerian man and replied to him, he said he wants to give me a large cash sum. I gave him all my bank details and sent my passport etc to him and just waiting for the money now. I recommend you reply.

Once found a forum where a dude would take requests from other dudes and it would go something like this.


Dude 2 - Hey man (dude 1), this is X women's facebook profile, get me rude photos.

Dude 1 - Sure!

Dude 1 would then contact X women, chat up, request photos, then post on forum for Dude 2 lol, it was a bit crazy but he had good success rate lol, show's women will respond well to random posting etc.

It's actually funny that people for for this. At least 1 person I know of lost £4,000 to a Nigerian scammer. Bank gave her all the money back too... sigh
