What's the worst film you've ever watched?

It sounds to me like you have something against movies which a numeral at the end of them. ;)

Superman 4 was 'OK'. Definitely not the worst. I remember watching this film as a kid and it was definitely entertaining. The acting by nuclear man was terrible though. The script was bad, too. It felt that it had been put together in double quick time, with little thought.

I sat through: Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.
It was terrible and depressing.
Sahara is definitely worse, but the above ESOTSM definitely ranks up there as one of the worst movies I have actually sat right the way through.

Worst films IVE seen.

Clue is in the question ;), I try to avoid crap films in general, some of them however slip through the net.

Stargate is the only time I have fell asleep in the cinema, it was a 6pm showing as well, so it wasnt even late, such a turgid pile of crap.

I could say Mega shark Vs Giant octopus or Mega Pirhana as my worst ever films, but I've not seen seen because I have advance warning of the awfulness within.


"Godzilla final wars" for instance, would have many of you tearing your eyballs out and crying, I think its one of the funniest things I've ever seen.

I think we ought to start this thread again because I'm an offender saying Inception & Moon.
I did sit all the way through them so they can't be the worst films I've seen and if you lot have sat all the way through a film you mentioned it can't be the worst.
We have all walked out of the cinema or turned the video/DVD player off so what was that film?

I walked out on Nine and a Half Weeks and Man Who Fell To Earth.

I strongly disagree with this.

I sat through Sahara, hoping and expecting something to happen. The fact that the credits started rolling at the end and nothing of importance happened, is the reason why I rate this as the worst movie Ive seen.

Sure...I've seen other movies on the telly, but have ended up switching off without seeing the whole movie. However, I cannot rate these movies as bad, because I havent been paying attention to them from beginning to end.

Sahara - I watched and paid attention from start to finish and it was downright terrible. I am a film buff. I have watched 1000s of movies (from start to finish), but that movie is the one which sticks in my mind and as the standard by which all bad movies must be judged.

The Room is both the worst movie I've ever seen, and the funniest. Unfortunately I don't think it was ever intended to be bad or funny.

i walked out of cinema over oliver stones natural born killers
turned off dvd over 88 minutes with al pacino, it was such a let down :mad:
also shutter island, just didn't like it.
 
Super Mario Bros, with Bob Hoskins as Mario (obviously). I watched this when I was 8, and I cried because it was terrible.

Tho i still maintain that the phantom menace still is one of the worst films of all time.

If you go into a B movie or get a direct to dvd movie you can expect it to be poor, but it a star wars movie, it’s got Jedi how the can you screw that up.

Unbreakable is the only film that forced me to walk out the cinema, because it was utter dross. I then skimmed through a mates DVD of it and the "shock" ending wasn't!

Recently all thye new "Spoof" movies (epic movie, meet the spartans, superhero movie etc) should be straight to Bin rather than DVD!
