I would like this desk to fit a 24 inch IPS monitor, a above avergae sized keyboard and mouse, a Mouse mat, and a coolmaster HAF X on the desk or at the bottom. also i would like some leg room and to fit a 2.1 speaker system. reason being when i build my future PC my cheap £20 stand from tesco justabout holds my PC which is very small and there is hardly no leg room

i was thinkin this one would help

I bought a Vika Amon desktop from Ikea, £20, its 150mm (l) x 75 mm (d) x 34mm (thickness).

Also, the cheapest legs, Vika Curry, are £2 each. Pretty solid desk. Supports a max of 50 kg, so just make sure your case and monitor together aren't too heavy :p

It's a HUGE desk! Currently using it myself, and my girlfriend is next to be with her laptop. Lots of room still! Check it out :p

I got a older. but very similar looking+size desk from Ikea

its solid, doesnt wobble.

is plenty wide enough, and also plenty deep enough for a large pc case (thats a coolermaster ATCS840)

iI am 6ft 3" and have no issues with the height, and also the amount of room from the top of my knees to the underside of the table.

I can even cross one leg ontop of the other and still have plenty of room.

I also at the time of purchase got the optional glass top.

which makes wiping down the surface easy.

Yeah, just to add, the legs I have make the desk wobble slightly sadly. But I think it's just the cheap legs. Will get something a bit more stable in the future.

that desk in the link is bigger than mine.

mine is 140cm wide X 75cm deep X 76cm tall

the best bit is how heavy and sturdy it is, it wouldn't wobble if it got nuked!!!

thanks so much looks like we got outselves a winner :0 i want to know will this support what i asked??? maybe about 60-70kg?

and do they come with instructions and screws because i never built a desktop on my oWn was it hard to build? coming from a guy who has built desks before but they came as a bundle and bought from tesco, with instructions on how to put it together

also ARE THOSE THE ONLY TWO PARTS I WILL NEED TO PUT THIS TABLE TOGETHER?

It'll support a lot, as you can see, I have my case on the desk, which is HEAVY, full metal case, filled with lots of equipment, two 24" monitors....

You'll be fine.

And yes, it's simple, instructions are fine, there's 5 screws for each leg and that's it...done!

thank you, i have chose the black top with the red bottom because i will have a coolmaster HAF x case, with the asus rampage III mobo, cosair GT ram, Cosair A70, which will all be black and red, with white and green cathodes, the sotck fans LED can be taken off, so the only LED showin will be the white and light green ones :) also my curtains are red :)

Desk was from Argos, cant find it online now but it is quite large, that is a 24" monitor on the desk. Very solid beech veneer top.
