GTA IV, Really bad performance on a 5850 and E8200

Any reason you are running your e8200 on stock? So simple to overclock and would see a massive performance increase with GTA4 imo if you got between 3-4ghz which you could do with close to stock voltage.

works fine on mine but as i said a lot of people have problems with that game.

its just a badly mad game. ive seen people with high spec rigs and still have problems with it

I wish Codemasters (people who made Grid) were involved in the GTA process.

Imagine the physics of GRID -damage etc, in a GTA environment. Sure, it's not a realistic driving game, but it's a damn fun one

Meh GTAIV is disappointing, even with a 4GHz Intel extreme w/e with a GTX 480 it will still probably never satisfy you in regards to the performance you get.
