Some photos from last weekend's wedding reception

Great set of photos, judging by the photos posted you're already better than a majority of wedding photographers who do it professionally.

One minor crit and it may just be my monitor although I have calibrated recently, but the saturation is a touch high on my screens (some of my shots are over saturated and I need to sort them out so not being hypocritical just mentioning it).

14 & 16 are my favs.

They are on the 'vibrant' side, but I also have a calibrated monitor and they don't appear over saturated to me. May just be a personal taste thing, who knows

Very true, it's not excessively over done on my screens so it's probably like you say, just a matter of taste. Good luck for Sat.

Thanks dude, it was actually Saturday just gone. It went well, but was very hard work as it was a long day and they wanted too many formals for my liking.

Will start going through the 3089 photos I took, later tonight

Woah! 3089 photos! Better more than less to begin with anyway, can't go back and get photos but much easier to be selective afterwards.

Formals can be a trial sometimes, it's fun going through them after for blinkers..!

Yeah I think I was a bit trigger happy! No wonder I ran out of memory at 10.30pm! (I was due to be 'on duty' until 11pm). They were so battered by then anyway they just told me to pack up, grab a beer, and join them on the dance floor
