Most top end air coolers, on a bench setup could do that, and its cpu-z stable for validation aka suicide type clocking, easily done.

Not to mention its an unlocked cpu, i can't see anything special here really.

Kinda agree with Bifday, can easily be done for a suicide run and only validations are there from what I can see, no actual benchies at that speed as no doubt as soon as it hit some load the temps would probably go nuts!

Agree with above 2 posts. CPU-Z validations are not that impressive IMO and it really doesn't say much about the cooler.
