Why no mobile/smartphone sale allowed in MM ?

Agreed, and I live in the MM.
The major problem is buyers not following the MM guidelines. I have dealt with so many disputes in the last couple of months it's unreal. The main reason being buyers not doing the obvious like getting a tel number and address etc.
I have enough to deal with! My inbox could not cope with mobile phone disputes

to stop folks flooding it, someone with loads of stuff to sell could put each item in a seperate thread

Facebook Credits are coming soon, and we've been testing them. Rumoured cost is 30%, but with the tools and oversight given, I'd be very surprised if community sales zones such as this do not move towards this type of model.
If there are a number of free mods who are always going to be there to monitor this sort of stuff without damage to the main company brand, then fine. If not, it is easier to push them elsewhere.

You see mate that's right, but that has nothing to do with mobile phones. It's just like any other item, you either get scammed or you don't and this isn't any different tbh.
And as said before I'd prefer to get a dodgy blocked iphone which I can sell for parts and get at least half money back then get scammed of a 800quid laptop or PC and never see it !
I think the posibility that a phone can be blocked is a silly excuse really.
What we have to do tbh, as this is a commission free market I see no reason why Dons or Mods should get involved in anything just because buyer wasn't careful enough other than banning the person from forums if they don't respond in say a 3 weeks time.
