Paying 65p a litre at the moment... :p

Look's like my return back to 2 wheels is a 125
No motorways /No panniers/Bigchicks:p ride out this crunch and hold the money:mad:
Guess it beats the bendy bus :p

Government robbing us, what we need is massive protest, go slows on the motorways, blocking of fuel depots, and someone set fire to parliament with the government in it.

Thing is... people will keep on paying them, I know I will.

We'll never get back to the day where you could fill up at 62p/L. (I know it was cheaper before, but that's the price when I started driving)

prices rise.. prices fall.. same thing has been going for ages for fuel.. so i don't see how can anyone be surprised by this..

I don't see who expressed surprise, only resentment.

Until a better way of fuelling cars is achieved, costs will inevitably carry on rising as supply is only going one way.

UK government seems to tax things that people notice the most very highly. Just came back from Cyprus where they had two 1L bottles of Smirnoff vodka for €18 at the airport :(.

Maybe if running his taxi's is getting expensive he might want to think about not running modified cars on big wheels as taxis.

I remember back in the early 90s when my dad had a 1.1 Ford Fiesta, and 4-star was 52.9 or thereabouts. He used to get a bit peeved that he couldn't get £10 of fuel in the tank from empty, as it would max out at about £9.60 or something... always left the garage with small change. I wish I had that problem :p
