Call of Duty: Black Ops - Multiplayer Teaser

I had high hope for this when i heard they were bringing dedi's back, i even thought they would change the gameplay back to how previous cod's were, but after watching that vid its clear they've kept it arcadey like MW2 just to please kids and the console crowd.

For me MW2 didn't feel right, it felt to wooden and stiff, not fluid like the other cod's, and this new one looks like it will be the same.

well for me personally my biggest gripe with MW2 was dedicated servers, every issue i have or nearly every issue i have stems from that. the fact they have renewed them means a lot of my gripes will be fix'd so im happy..... oh pre-ordered aswell so im quite looking foreword to it.

Same for me really, that and lack of anti cheat software that actually worked.
 
I think the only reason they are going with dedicated servers is because they can no longer use IWNET due to the previous company disagreements and law suits. They stated previously they intended for all future games to be on IWNET.

So just because they have dedis, don't think they wont find alternatives to squeeze your cash. I don't believe for one second they are going to put it on the usual free reign dedicated server system. There will be a catch.
 
it'll be the same churned out crap the last however many iterations have been...

with about 4 uninteresting features they deem ground breaking.
