You will need to switch off 'Auto' on the PCI-e and set it to 100Mhz (you dont want to overclock this really)
Turn off performance enhance (it may interfere with your overclock)
Turn off graphics booster (it may interfere with your overclock)

What memory do you have?
What cooler do you have on the CPU?

OCZ SLI-Ready Edition 2GB PC2-8500C5 1066MHz Dual Channel

I am currently waiting for my other 2gb to come from RMA so at this moment I only have 2gb.

Im not familiar with your particular BIOS but I will try to get you going

You will need to set the CPU clock to manual so you can enter a number yourself (its set at 266 at the moment)

I would set your memory to around 800Mhz or less for now (we will come back to that) this will mean setting this into manual mode too (you will get an options list to select from once you have found it)

You want to change the CPU Host Clock Control to manual, then increase the host frequency up untill you get 3-3.2ghz CPU speed. Then change the Systems Memory Multiplier to manual, so you can change the Memory Frequency to run at 1066 or under.

You can always overvolt the CPU to help with stability. Raising it by 0.01v each time should help when you reach those higher clocks, but doing this can also affect temperatures. What cooler are you using?

I believe, though others with more experience than me will put me right, that the temperatures of the cpu cores really shouldnt be any where 100 deg C. Like, no where near, ever.

I am looking at my stock Q6600 idling at the moment with temps of 31,30,24,24 across the 4 cores. Even under load its not getting near 50.

Check that your heatsink and cpu fan are properly connected, that the fan is running, and that you have used some proper thermal interface compound (TIM) between the heatsink and the cpu, something like Arctic Silver thermal paste.
