Logitech Fantastic customer service AGAIN

+1 logitech have ALWAYS been decent to me, i will NEVER use any other mouse / keyboard/ speaker

over the years have had my mx518 replaced, and a set of speakers upgraded as they nolonger made them, and also a keyboard replaced. VERY good customer service they have :)

Nice to hear something positive about a company for a change :), since most people only bother to post when they've got something to moan about.

Just search Logitech on here and you'll see lots of other similar threads because they are indeed awesome. :)

Contacted them about the worn feet on my MX518 and they put me in touch with a website who sold them, which was very useful. Was expecting logitech feet but instead paid a few quid for far superior feet.

I've had the good fortune to deal with their tech support in the past too. As a result I'll always buy Logitech because I know if I ever have an issue (and hey, stuff can happen), they'll look after me. Exemplary.

I originally bought a Logitech G15 (blue screen) and a G7.. AGES ago...

Since then, over the years they have replaced my G15 with the newer orange G15... and that orange G15 with a G19.. Also they replaced my G7 with a G9...
All due to faulty products.

It doesn't say a lot about their products but you can't argue with that customer service :)

Struggling to find components and peripherals that would last more than a couple of years (let alone 6 months) these days. However, My Logitech stuff tends to hold up a lot better than anything else. I have no qualms about their build quality so far, and never had the pleasure to deal with their customer support, but it's good to know they're useful when you need them.

Always get good service from Logitech.

They replaced a Harmony remote which wasn't docking properly, blocked the remote on the system and told me to bin the battery.

Replacement broke about 2 years later. Said they wouldn't replace it but would give me 50% off a new one and reactivate the old one. Idea being I can move the insides from the blocked one to the casing on the one which did dock. Now docks and I have two remotes.

Looks like ill have to send them an email also, as my MX3200 keyboard set is starting to give me problems with the little lcd and some keys :( , had the set for just over a year.

This makes me want to RMA my Logitech G5 mouse because the wire has gone super fuzzy. But I can't justify it. Plus I don't want to make Logitech turn sour with tons of RMAs :P

My G5 cable has also gone really fuzzy!

Can't really justify RMAing though, only cost me a penny;)

They have convinced me to always buy logitech. I will always support them due to their good customer support.

My MX1000 left click button is beginning to act up - it is 5 years old and they said they will give me 50% off their store for a new mouse :) Problem is, they don't sell the MX1000 anymore and it's the only mouse I want :(

I must say Logitech are amazing, their products have never gone faulty for me, nor have I had an issue, however when I see people having the odd broken product from them it is resolved straight away. This is what makes me quite a Logitech fan, my headset, mouse, keyboard, is all from them. :)

Same here. Always been great to me. The light on my Z5500 control pod packed in and they sent me a brand new control pod - all they wanted were a few pics for proof. Sold the old one on ebay for £80 :D
