Lovefilm sending out too many discs

This every happen to anyone? I'm on a trial with Lovefilm at the moment - unlimited rentals, up to two discs at home at a time... Except they've sent me three things for some reason.

Has this happened to anyone else? Is this any cause for concern? Not in a hurry for them to start charging me more than I'm supposed to be paying when the time comes...
 
yeah just a glitch or you used a free token which allows you to have extra films at home.

Often get them if you return a damaged disk or you complain saying they haven't sent your films out promptly.

Nope,

I accidentally sent one back yesterday without the plastic case. It's gone through the system fine.

Edit - you mean the envelope.

You can just request more return envelopes.

I had a period of about a month where they'd be sending me 3 discs at a time (2 disc unlimited package). Just watched and returned them and then it went back to normal.

I think they may have been trying the whet my appetite and get me to upgrade
 
It shouldn't just that you need to pay for the postage yourself obviously. But last time I was with Lovefilm I seem to remember you could request extra return envelopes.

If you are on a free trial, perhaps they deliberately sent you more than they are supposed to, in the hope that you will be so impressed that you sign up.

I've been a Lovefilm member for about three years now, the unlimited bluray/games package, two discs at a time.

Only time I've ever had more than two discs is when I've been given a free credit. Also, in all this time, I've just had my first disc that went missing in the post and never made it back to them.
