Which optician do you use?

Following on from the other thread about glasses and Platypus's insight into Specsavers, I'm wondering which opticians do people here use and how do you rate them?

Personally, I use Specsavers. I own a single pair of glasses which I wear somewhat frequently, although I should wear them more often. Price wise, I bought them when I was a student on a deal, so they were heavily reduced to ~£85. Never had any problems personally.
 
Tesco. They have glasses from £10. Contacts ~50% the price of high street opticians - the same brands and models.
Also happens to be a NHS opticians so I've never paid anything for my checkups, including contact lens appointments.
 
I use vision express. They are quite good, especially on repairs and adjustments. They are not as cheap as most opticians people have listed here though.
 
D&A at the moment.

I used to use a local one before I moved to Nottingham.

I don't have to worry about paying for my eye tests though as it's covered by the NHS due to my prescription.
 
Optical Express. Excellent service every time I go in there although saying I haven't been to another one for many years so I can't really compare.
 
I use boots, always have done. Can't fault their normal service for contacts or glasses, but they do seem to get completely tripped up if you move between branches (think this may have been resolved now)
